Introducing The Savoring Dispatch

A monthly envelope assembled at my actual dining room table and mailed to your actual mailbox. No algorithm. No notification. No screen. Just something real, in your hands, once a month.

A letter from me to you. A seasonal recipe that doesn't require a sourdough starter. A playlist for the month. Journal prompts that make you think, but not too much. Design and garden wisdom I earned the hard way. A few surprises. And something that makes you a little excited for next month.

Buy For Yourself

Every month, an envelope arrives in your mailbox containing:

Buy for a friendBuy For Yourself

Twelve months. Twelve themes. Nothing repeats.

For every 25 Dispatch subscriptions, 2 will be donated to women undergoing cancer treatment

This is for you if:

You believe something arriving in your mailbox that isn't a bill would be a DAMN miracle.

You want to savor things that don’t require a password.

you want to feel your life, not just constantly scroll through it.

You've Googled "how to slow down" from your phone while doing three other things.

you want the slow(er) life but not the farm animals, the sourdough starter or the frilly linen apron.

What it feels like

You sit down with it. Maybe with coffee. Maybe with wine. Maybe alone while the house is still quiet. You pull out one piece at a time. You read. You linger. You don’t rush because nothing about this asks you to.

Permission to slow down. That’s the whole point.

It isn’t a box of things you have to find room for. It isn’t a magazine you’ll maybe get to.

It’s a handful of carefully chosen pieces that invite you to sit, sip and linger.

It arrives like a surprise every month.

I'm in

I looked around at the slow living space and saw something that didn't make sense. Whispering. Farm animals. Prairie dresses. Women pretending that a simpler life is effortless.

It isn't. And most of us don't have a farm. And who wants to clean up all that 💩 ?

What we do have is a comfy chair, a spare fifteen minutes and a deep need for something that feels real. Something we can hold. Something that has absolutely nothing to do with a screen.

So I started making these. By hand. At my dining room table. Every single month.

The slow life isn't a fantasy you have to buy into wholesale. It's not a personality overhaul. It's not a capsule wardrobe or nostalgic fantasy or a waking up with a wrinkle free makeup filled face.

It's the simple things. The time you take for yourself. It's fifteen minutes that belong entirely to you. It's something beautiful landing in your mailbox that gives you permission to do it.

why i created the dispatch

they say. And do what, my mind thinks.

"Take some time for yourself,"

By nature I'm still a doer, I just like to do a little more for me these days. I created The Savoring Dispatch to help you do the same. An envelope from my home to yours each month that gives you permission to exhale, focus on yourself, and savor the small things a bit more.

Because here's the thing. This is your one life. It is an amazing thing to give to others, but it is an extraordinary thing to give to yourself.

Sharing the love

As a cancer survivor, I know that when you’re in the middle of something hard, a small beautiful thing in your mailbox can feel like a lifeline.

For every 25 subscriptions, two Dispatches will be donated to women undergoing cancer treatment.

Because slowing down and savoring life isn’t a luxury. For some of us, it’s a lesson we earned the hard way.
